Refund Policy

At Rankure.io, we strive to ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality digital marketing and optimization services. However, we understand there may be circumstances where you wish to discontinue our services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with U.S. law, banking guidelines, and payment processor requirements.

Active Projects

If you cancel an active project, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of the order.

• Completed and delivered work will be charged at the standard rate.
• The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Projects 90 Days Old or More

No refunds will be issued for any project—whether active, on hold, or completed—if 90 days have passed since the original payment date.

Prepaid Plans

Prepaid plans billed monthly, quarterly, or annually are eligible for a pro-rata refund for unused time, calculated at the standard (non-discounted) rate.

Example

If you purchase a 12-month SEO plan for $12,000 (discounted to $8,040 upfront) and cancel after 6 months:

• Used 6 months = $6,000 at $1,000/month.
• Remaining balance = $8,040 - $6,000 = $2,040 refunded.

Processing Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method only.

Please note: Transaction or processing fees charged by banks or payment processors may not be refundable.

Complete Refund Requests

If you believe you are eligible for a full refund, please email support@rankure.io with complete details of your project and reason for the request. Our finance team will review your case and respond promptly.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Services completed and delivered.
• Projects older than 90 days.
• Failure to provide required information or approvals causing delays.
• Chargebacks or disputes initiated before contacting us for resolution.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Digital deliverables that have already been provided.

Recurring Payments

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges until written cancellation is submitted.

Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution violates our policy. We encourage you to contact support@rankure.io before filing a dispute. Unresolved disputes will be handled according to card association and banking regulations.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@rankure.io with your project details and reason for the request.
2. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
