We reserve all rights to the website content material. This content cannot be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, posted, or distributed in any way and/or in any form without the full knowledge and prior written permission from Rankure.io.

Rankure.io is a registered trademark which cannot be used in any manner without prior written consent from us. Any unauthorized use of our content materials will constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Rankure.io will be within its rights to pursue criminal or civil penalties against parties who illegally use our website content.

Refund Policy

Active Projects

If you wish to discontinue our services while your project is still active, we will refund the balance of your order on a pro-rata basis. The amount for the work already delivered will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Projects 90 Days Old or More

Any project—whether active, on hold, in-progress, or completed—will not be eligible for a partial or full refund if the payment for that project was made 90 days ago or more.

Prepaid Plans

Our prepaid plans are billed in advance on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis and we offer refunds on a pro-rata basis in case of early cancellation.

If you cancel your prepaid plan early, your refund will be calculated based on the original (non-discounted) rate for the services used.

Example Calculation:

If you purchased a 12-month SEO plan at $12,000 annually with a discount making it $8,040, and you cancel after 6 months:

• Services used at original rate = $6,000 (1,000 x 6 months)
• Upfront payment = $8,040
• Refund = $2,040 ($8,040 - $6,000)

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after initiation by our finance department within 3-5 working days.

Complete Refunds

If you have specific concerns and wish to request a complete refund, please send us a refund request. We will review your case and make a decision accordingly.

100% Guarantee

Rankure.io has a no-hassle 100% guarantee policy for SEO projects under certain conditions. If your designated website is not ranking after completing all deliverables inside 30 days, Rankure.io will reimburse the entire payment amount to the client, including any transaction charges.

Recurring Payment Policy

Unless quoted in writing, all Internet Marketing Services by Rankure.io will be charged on a monthly and/or prepaid time recurring basis. This includes services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Reputation Management, and other Digital Marketing services.

Client Feedback And Approval

Prompt client feedback and approval is required for all projects undertaken by Rankure.io, unless auto-approval is provided in writing. If no client feedback is received for 30 days or by the project completion date, Rankure.io reserves the right to retain the full cost of the project.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Disclaimers And Limitations On Liability

Client Websites

Rankure.io will not be liable for any damages of any kind to the client or their website(s). We will not be responsible for any accidental loss or penalties incurred from search engines. Rankure.io uses white-hat SEO strategies in accordance with Google Guidelines.

Changes To Client Website

We advise all clients to backup their website regularly. Rankure.io will not be liable for any data loss or performance issues caused by changes made without our knowledge.

Search Engine Penalties

Rankure.io will not be held liable if a client website is penalized by search engines. All work is performed per Google’s guidelines and only after client approval.

Web Development Policy

We only do development work at the client’s request. Rankure.io will not be responsible for any damage or data loss. Clients should provide user-level access instead of administrative access whenever possible.

SEO Work

Rankure.io is not responsible for ranking fluctuations or traffic loss due to search engine updates or external factors beyond our control.

Google My Business Setup & Recovery

Eligibility: Only applicable to new GMB accounts.

Verification: Clients must provide required documents and participate in Google verification calls.

Support: 30 days of support included after setup. Further assistance will require a new agreement.

Arbitration

In case of any dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provided by the American Arbitration Association (adr.org).

Image Policy

We only use legally sourced images. Exclusive rights can be purchased by the client.

Changes To Our Terms And Conditions

Rankure.io may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users should review this page regularly.

Rankure.io is not obligated to notify users of changes. Clients should check this page for updates.

Access To Dashboard

Access to our Client Dashboard is available only for active Rankure.io clients. This tool provides real-time data on your project performance.

Rankure Images Policy

All images on Rankure.io are company property and cannot be used without written permission.
