Whoever you choose

Google's own appeal rules, in brief

  • Appeals go through Google's Business Profile appeals tool, and Google emails its decision.
  • Evidence Google lists as helpful: official business registration, a business licence, a tax certificate, and a utility bill. The name and address on the documents must match the profile.
  • Once you open the evidence upload form, you must submit it within 60 minutes or it is not attached to the appeal.
  • Do not create a new profile for the same business while an appeal is pending.
  • If your whole Google account is restricted, lift the account restriction first, then appeal the profiles.
  • If an appeal is denied, Google may carry out an additional review when you send more evidence through its contact form.

Google does not publish a review time. Practitioners on the Local Search Forum reported waits from a few days to about a month in early 2025.

Before you pay anyone

What you should get in writing

Ask any provider for these. Ours are in our refund policy and terms.

  • What the diagnostic coversThe $199 diagnostic gives you a written finding on the likely cause of the suspension and whether an appeal can work. It is non-refundable, and you know that before you pay.
  • What counts as successGoogle restores the profile so it shows on Search and Maps again. The $288 balance is due only then, $487 in total.
  • No replacement profileRankure never creates a new listing to get around a suspension. Google treats that as a violation and it can block reinstatement for good.
  • No passwordsYou add Rankure as a manager on the profile. You never share your Google password, and you can remove access at any time.
  • A copy of what is filedYou receive the appeal text and the evidence submitted to Google on your behalf.
  • No guarantee of outcome or timelineGoogle alone decides. Treat any provider who promises reinstatement, a fixed timeline or a contact inside Google as a warning sign.
Questions

Reinstatement cost questions

How much does a Google Business Profile reinstatement service cost?
Published prices from US specialist services checked on 9 October 2026 run from $319 (GBP Fixers, standard cases) to $800 (Sterling Sky, per listing, paid only after reinstatement), with GMBJet at $497 and Whitespark at $599. Rankure charges a $199 diagnostic and a $288 balance only if the profile is reinstated, $487 in total. Appealing yourself through Google's appeals tool is free.
Which reinstatement service is cheapest?
If the profile is reinstated, GBP Fixers' published starting price of $319 for standard cases is the lowest compared here, then Rankure at $487, GMBJet at $497, Whitespark at $599 and Sterling Sky at $800. If the profile is not reinstated, Sterling Sky costs nothing, Rankure costs the $199 diagnostic, GMBJet's page does not say whether its $97 deposit is refunded, and GBP Fixers offers a 30-day money-back policy if the agreed work is not completed.
Can any service guarantee reinstatement?
No. Google alone decides whether a suspended profile is restored. None of the services compared here publishes a guarantee.
Should I try appealing myself first?
If it is a first suspension and you know exactly which guideline was broken, correcting it and appealing through Google's free appeals tool is a reasonable first step. Paid help is most useful when an appeal has already been denied or the cause is unclear.
What should I check before paying a reinstatement service?
What the upfront fee covers and whether it is refundable, what counts as success, whether they will create a replacement profile (they should not), whether they ask for your password (they should not), and whether they promise a result or a timeline (they cannot).
Profile suspended?

Get your profile back, and pay the balance only if it works.

A $199 diagnostic finds why Google suspended you and builds the appeal. The $288 balance is charged only if your profile is reinstated.
