How much does dental SEO cost?
Rankure's local SEO for dental practices costs $750, $1,370 or $2,750 a month for one location.
Dental SEO is local SEO for a dental practice: keeping the Google Business Profile accurate and active, building treatment and location pages that answer what patients search for, earning local links, and replying to reviews in a way that protects patient privacy.
- The price follows your market. A general practice in a smaller town needs less than a practice competing for implant, Invisalign or cosmetic cases in a large city.
- Patient privacy shapes the work. Review replies never confirm that the reviewer is a patient or mention their treatment.

Why review replies need a dental rule
A friendly reply that says "we are glad your crown went well" confirms that the reviewer is a patient and discloses their treatment. In 2019 the US Department of Health and Human Services settled with a Dallas dental practice for $10,000 after it disclosed patient information in replies to Yelp reviews (Fierce Healthcare).
Every reply Rankure writes thanks the reviewer and invites them to contact the practice directly, without confirming a patient relationship or mentioning care. Replies to negative reviews are sent to you for approval first. If you only need the review side, review management is $173 per location a month.
