SEO Strategist
Core hireYou understand how topical authority, technical SEO, and link signals work together — not as separate disciplines but as a single compounding system. You have run campaigns that demonstrably moved organic traffic and revenue, and you can explain exactly why they worked. Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile is a strong plus.
Google Ads Specialist
High demandYou manage Google Ads campaigns end to end — research, structure, copy, bidding, and optimisation — with a focus on lead generation for service businesses. You understand the difference between traffic and qualified pipeline and you optimise for the latter. Experience with SMB budgets ($1,000–$10,000/month) is directly relevant to our client base.
AI & Automation Specialist
Growing disciplineYou build AI agents and automation systems that handle real business workflows — lead qualification, customer support, booking, follow-up sequences, and WhatsApp integration. You are comfortable working with APIs, prompt engineering, and no-code or low-code platforms, and you can translate business requirements into working automations without a full engineering team.
Client Success Manager
Client-facingYou manage client relationships in a digital agency environment — owning communication, reporting, retention, and growth conversations. You understand enough about SEO, paid media, and web performance to speak credibly with clients about their campaigns without needing to be the one running them. You are calm under pressure and proactive rather than reactive.
Web Designer / Developer
Project-basedYou design and build conversion-focused websites for SMBs — clean, fast, mobile-first, and built with SEO structure from the ground up. You are comfortable working in PHP, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript without a framework dependency, and you understand that a website's primary job is to generate enquiries, not win design awards.
Content Writer — SEO
Always neededYou write long-form content that ranks and converts — not keyword-stuffed filler, but genuinely useful articles and service pages that demonstrate topical expertise and earn backlinks naturally. You understand the difference between informational, commercial, and navigational intent and you write for each appropriately. Digital marketing experience or knowledge is essential.
